All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM GST will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods such as holidays, sales, or promotional events, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We offer both local and international shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the warehouse from which the item is dispatched.

Estimated shipping times:

  • UAE: 5–8 business days

  • GCC Countries: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, or other external logistics factors. We continue to work closely with our partners to minimize delays whenever possible.


📦 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders AED 250 and above

  • Orders below AED 250 incur a flat shipping fee of AED 45

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
