Orders placed after 2:00 PM GST will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.

Our pieces are fulfilled from international warehouses. Delivery times depend on product origin and destination:

GCC Countries: 5–10 business days

A flat shipping rate of AED 45 applies to all orders, regardless of destination

Free shipping for all orders above AED 250.
